If the problem is the same, the tablet is broken and you need to contact customer support for assistance. The pen is broken in this condition. I have a triple monitor setup for the tablet, but the program cannot map the tablet to one screen.
You can log in into your Amazon account and generate a Yenius return label. But in Mac, how to find such a file? You need to check the model name and our service center information nearby on our website, then contact our service center for assistance.
You could use the pen and mouse as an alternative. The cordless pen has level pressure sensitivity but it does not support pressure tabblet adjustment.

The problem is only solved by resetting the machine, why? That is why the Pen Pressure functions are greyed out. I need a service manual to check for potential problems, so can repair it ourselves.
Enter Handwriting Tool, and you can choose Color, Width, and so on. The tablet cursor on the screen moves randomly, why? When the pen is on the tablet, the blue light comes on. This is normal when using it. If unsure, contact customer support for assistance. Install it as it may solve the problem.
It could be frequency interference between the monitor and the tablet. Whenever I would touch the tablet pen to the tablet itself, and I hold still, the cursor keeps jumping around. Why does the tablet battery die so quickly?

What is the license key of Adobe CS4 Photoshop? Please installed the latest drivers and change a new battery, if the product needs driver and battery. Unfortunately, we do not provide technical manuals to end users, you can contact customer support for assistance. Once the tablet gets disconnected from USB, or after long periods of inactivity, it loses pressure sensitivity.
If cursor moves randomly in a specific area, it could be a hardware problem on the tablet. The Adobe CS4 Photoshop program is trial version only, there is no need to type in the password license key when you install it, just 8s6 on Trial Option.

Read this review BEFORE INSTALLING this TABLET.Since there is NOTHING to manually install. The previous reviews for this product on Amazon seem to be old.Even though the Tablet comes with instructions to install the Tablet Driver first - Don't!All you need to do is: (I have Windows XP)1) Plug in the Tablet into your USB portWindows will recognize it automatically and install it for you(Plug & Play)2) Insert a fresh battery to the MousePen (By pulling it apart NOT TWISTING IT - if you twist you would break it). That's all I had to do.Works GREAT!Unfortunately I learned that the hard way. Because initially I followed the instructions that came with the Tablet to install the Tablet drivers. The Driver on the CD would not install properly so I downloaded the XP Drivers from the Genius. which installed properly. But then the tablet did not work.Eventually I called their tech help and the guy told me to uninstall the driver and let windows install it automatically for me.I would recommend downloading the Tablet manual. The Tablet box although large comes with very little documentation and the installation documentation is incorrect.By the way the batteries that came with the unit were good. This is god for beginner who are just starting to learn and getting familiar with drawing on tablet with results on screen. This is very primitive tablet if you are thinking to purchase for intermediate drawing/art/etc using painter programs. Instead go for wacom.surface of this tablet is plastic with no texture to imitate paper.
Due to which its not realistic experience to draw like you draw on paper.workaround: i used a thin sheet of paper on top of tablet and that gave me real painting feeling of drawing on paper with pen/brush. I purchased this tablet a few days ago, and it is already on its way back to Amazon if that tells you anything. I was not able to get either of my systems to recognize this tablet. None of the websites listed in the documentation exist according to DNS, so I was not able to contact them for assistance. The documentation is written in broken english that is difficult at best to read and was not helpful resolving my problem.I'm going to give the wacom Bamboo a try and see if it works better. I guess if it works at all, that will be better. For those who don't want to read much, I'm going to sum this up right off the bat.
Don't buy ANY Genius item. Here is why.1. The mouse is totally pointless.2.
The drawing pad is flimsy.3. Both the pen and drawing pad are the level of cheap one would expect from a Happy Meal toy.4. There are HUGE pressure sensitivity issues. When I tried it in photoshop and couldn't get the pressure sensitivity to work, I looked it up.
Seems like there are nothing but problems there. Either it doesn't work at all or it only works when it decides to.5. The software is cheap and crappy, just like the hardware.6. Even when I got all of the updated drivers directly from the site, apparently the newest software on there was from last year.7. For being such a giant, clunky and awkward pen it's insanely flimsy. All in all, you'd have an easier time getting a decent tablet out of a box of Cracker Jack. Don't waste your money on this piece of trash, simply go for a better made and more expensive tablet, it'll save you a lot of irritation. You have got to be kidding!
They have not figured out that Vista is a factor in the market. The tablet works with Vista.but had to ferret out the problems myself as tech support was incapable of offering any suggestion. In addition, the software shipped with the product will not work with Vista and the only response I got was 'have to check with Taiwan'.and Taiwan must not have e-mail connection to their own U.S.
Offices.as there has been no follow-up of any kind. Buy from these people at your own peril.they have shown incompetence and no interest in supporting what they sell. Don't buy this unless you want to be totally on your own. I was searching for a less expensive version of a wacom. If youre reading this odds are you are 2.
I read many reviews on the genius tablet. Some good, some bad.
For 50 buck I could afford to risk it.Its a good thing i did, because I love this device.Lets start off with the cons: Alot of the reviews i read said the pen didn't work out of the box. Well, neither did mine. However, I replaced the battries right off.
Since the originals were preinstalled i figured on a slow power drain to be the root cause.second, alot of bad reviews said the drivers were old, and sucked. I took their word on this and went to the website. A driver search revield 2 drivers available.
The first one had 'vista' in the file name dated 2007. And another one dated 2004. Since my search was winXP specific. I downloaded the newer 2007'vista' file. It works flawlessly.A little tip for you xp installers. After install you reboot. After reboot, plug in the tablet.
If it doesn't work restart the pc again. This time unplug your mouse.
(once you get the hang of the pen, you'll never use it again anyway. It should work just like a mouse on your desktop.photoshop complaints.
My biggest concern about the tablet was the photshop complaints I read. Again I don't completely trust reviews (good, or bad). So i visited the website (before i used the tablet!).So, heres the deal with pressure sensitivity and photoshop.
You need to set your brush to the largest pixle brush you intend to use. The max pressure you use on the pen will be that brush size. Don't set you brush at 9 pix and try to push harder on tablet to make it bigger. I played aroud with a 300 pix brush and was able to make very fine lines with the slightest pressure. There were a few reviews about dead spots in the tablet.
I'm not sure if those people realize that there is a hotkey section all around the edge of the tablet. That area on the is USER PROGRAMABLE. That right, you can program the tablet (if you used the driver version i told you too, it'll be in the system tray, control panel, and in your start menu, You choose)So yes those areas will not do anything until you tell it to.
(these areas are clearly marked as little boxes around the perimiter of the tablet.Ok, so its not a WACOM. This device works great (once you get use to it). It does what it is designed to do, and do it well. Best of all it's only 50 BUCK!!!!!!Highly recommended.
